Customer Content Standards
Customer content must be accurate, lawful, non-deceptive, and authorized for use. We may remove or restrict content that creates legal, security, privacy, reputational, operational, or customer risk.
Content Review, Reports, and Policy Enforcement
You acknowledge that MTAP may review profile content, digital blocks, Experience pages, links, images, files, service descriptions, device destinations, and other published or managed content when a customer requests support, when account or permission verification is required, when a security issue is suspected, or when MTAP receives a complaint, report, abuse claim, or suspected policy violation.
If content appears to violate this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, advertising rules, or professional/industry requirements, MTAP may restrict visibility, request correction, suspend publication, disable access, preserve internal review notes, or take other reasonable enforcement action.
Customers remain responsible for all content they publish or manage through MTAP and must ensure that such content is accurate, authorized, lawful, non-deceptive, and compliant with all applicable policies and laws.
