How We Use Information
We use information to provide services, create accounts, activate devices, display digital profiles, process purchases, manage plans, send OTP codes, verify accounts, provide support, improve security, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Public MTAP Profiles
Information added to public MTAP profiles, digital business cards, Experience pages, landing pages, or public links may be visible to people who tap the device, open the profile link, tap the device, or otherwise access the public page.
SMS, OTP, and Telnyx-Style Messaging
If you provide a mobile phone number, we may use it to send transactional SMS messages such as OTP codes, activation codes, account verification, security alerts, and service notifications. These messages are not marketing messages unless you separately opt in to marketing SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out where supported and HELP for help.
Payments and Billing Data
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or other approved processors. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own servers. Payment providers may collect and process payment data according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Sensitive Information We Do Not Intentionally Store
Our own website systems and databases are not designed to store full bank account numbers, full credit or debit card numbers, CVV/security codes, full Social Security numbers, government identification images, tax identification documents, medical or health records, biometric data, passwords for third-party services, private keys, seed phrases, or other highly sensitive credentials.
Payment providers may collect and process payment data directly under their own policies. MTAP may store limited payment-related metadata, such as payment status, processor reference IDs, transaction IDs, plan information, invoice records, receipt records, refund records, and payment method labels, as needed for accounting, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service administration.
Please do not upload, publish, or send sensitive financial, medical, legal identification, or credential information through MTAP profiles, digital blocks, Experience pages, contact forms, support messages, images, files, links, or other general platform tools unless we specifically request it through an approved secure process.
Account Content Review and Internal Access
When reasonably necessary to provide support, verify account functionality, protect security, investigate complaints, enforce policies, comply with legal or business requirements, or review reported content, authorized MTAP personnel may access and review limited account content related to the issue being handled.
This may include customer profiles, digital blocks, Experience pages, images, links, uploaded files, buttons, service descriptions, business information, contact details, device destinations, and other content published or managed through MTAP.
Internal access is intended to be limited to legitimate business purposes and should not be used for curiosity, personal reasons, unrelated monitoring, or unauthorized commercial advantage. MTAP may document internal review activity, including the reviewing administrator, target account, review reason, scope, notes, date and time, IP address, and user agent, for security, compliance, support, and audit purposes.
Service Providers
We may share limited information with trusted service providers needed to operate our business, including hosting providers, SMS providers, email providers, payment processors, analytics tools, support tools, cloud services, and security providers. They are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to us.
No Sale of Personal Information for Marketing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, including mobile phone numbers, to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
Our websites may use cookies, session cookies, analytics tools, pixels, or similar technologies to operate the site, improve performance, understand usage, support security, and improve customer experience. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No internet-based system is guaranteed to be fully secure.
Data Retention
We retain information as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain accounts, process payments, verify activations, keep business records, resolve disputes, comply with law, prevent fraud, and support security. Retention periods may vary by record type.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, update, or deletion of certain information. Some data may need to be retained for legal, billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute, tax, or operational reasons. You may opt out of marketing communications where available.
Business Transfers
If Marketing Big Solutions LLC, MTAP, or a related business asset is sold, merged, reorganized, financed, acquired, or transferred, customer information may be transferred as part of that business transaction, subject to applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
